In a world where we're more digitally connected than ever, how do we cultivate our capacity to relate to each other on a human level?
So far, I've learned that it's a lifelong pursuit that requires conscious effort, curiosity, honesty, humility, vulnerability and an openness to explore without judgement. It starts within and radiates out, transcending all aspects of your self and shaping how others experience - and connect with - you. It's uncomfortable, clarifying, oddly calming and ultimately liberating.
We all have the capacity to do it. And while nobody can do it for you, I've found that the act of sharing it with others is precisely what lies at the heart of creating deeper human connection.
I've reached the point in this process at which my energy is leading me to take the next step in this journey. You're looking at it.
This is where I will share reflections about my ongoing journey to connect with myself and more meaningfully with those around me. And it's where I explore the subjects I'm passionate about which this process has helped me crystallise. More on those in the About Me [LINK] page.
True to the process, it's going to be imperfect, never complete and always honest. I hope you’ll join in, share your own stories, find inspiration, energy, encouragement and most importantly, deeper connection.
