Coaching is always about both: the experience I bring, and the partnership we create together.

About Bettina

I am an ICF-accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC), with over two decades of experience leading change and communications at the executive level.

From one-off transformations to systems that constantly reinvent themselves, I’ve seen firsthand that lasting change only works when people are at the centre of it.

Across my career I’ve been deeply involved in shaping transformation at every level: designing organisations, restructuring teams, integrating new operating models, guiding marketing and commercial transformations, and embedding new ways of working. I’ve built and led global functions, advised senior leaders, and partnered with HR and talent teams to align workforce planning with strategy. Whether it was reframing strategic narratives, creating accountability frameworks, or coaching leadership teams through uncertainty, the throughline has always been the same — making change not just a plan on paper, but something people can live and sustain in practice.

Alongside this corporate career, I invested in professionalising my coaching practice. I am an ICF-accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC), combining the rigour of internationally recognised coaching standards with two decades of practical experience leading people through change. Coaching is not just an additional skillset — it’s deeply rooted in my own development, shaped by formative coaching experiences that helped me reconnect with myself and my impact. That’s what I now bring to others: clarity, challenge with care, and continuity in the face of change.

About Us

Bettina’s calm, grounded presence made me feel supported, while also challenged to think more deeply and purposefully.” — J.S.

Coaching with me is a partnership. My role is to create the conditions where you can pause, reflect, and see yourself more clearly and then turn that reflection into intentional action. Clients describe the experience as a balance of clarity and challenge: being stretched without judgment, supported yet held accountable.

The work we do together follows a natural rhythm. We start by seeing more clearly — opening up with curiosity, connecting dots, and framing context until clarity emerges. From there, we decide what matters most, surfacing choices and designing creative possibilities. And then, we do — moving into change and grounding it in communication, so words and actions align. It’s not a checklist, but a cycle of growth we return to again and again, always at your pace and in your context.

The values I hold in every coaching relationship are curiosity, transparency, and co-creation. That means asking the right questions, making space for vulnerability, and ensuring ownership so change feels like it belongs to you.

My commitment is to clarity, challenge with care, and continuity — the throughline that ensures each session builds on the last, and that progress sticks.
