At a time where we're more digitally connected than ever,
how do we cultivate our capacity to relate to each other on a human level?
I've learned that it's a lifelong pursuit which requires conscious effort, curiosity, honesty, humility, vulnerability and an openness to explore without judgement. It starts within and radiates out, shaping how others experience - and connect with - us.
We all have the capacity to do it. And while nobody can do it for us, I've found that the act of sharing it with others is precisely what lies at the heart of creating deeper human connection.
So, I’ll start by sharing my own experiences and observations of creating connections. I hope you’ll join in, share your own stories, find inspiration, energy, encouragement and most importantly, deeper connection.

I create connections with and for people by staying curious and sharing my learnings generously to unlock creativity.
My passion is to lead people through change in a way that unlocks their potential, generates forward momentum and delivers business results.
I thrive in the face of complexity and work holistically to get to the root of a problem or opportunity rather than treat symptoms.
I obsess over words and behaviours and creating coherence between them to accelerate change efforts that feel authentic and stick.
My approach is summed up by the 6Cs:
It starts with Curiosity to learn and over time Connect the dots between people, things and information. This helps set Context. In a team or organisational setting, the dominant choices and behaviours manifest in Culture. This is forever dynamic and susceptible to Changes from within or outside. Throughout this cycle, intentional use of implicit (modelled) and explicit (verbal, written) Communication has the power to make sense for people, energise them and ultimately create progress.
I explore these concepts further in my blog posts. Writing them down helps me connect more dots and hopefully sparks connection with and for you.

Once I notice something, I feel like I see it pop up all around me. Do you know that feeling?
Recently, I've started noticing people speak in the second or third person about their experiences.
